Rachel Roberts joined the agency in December of 2025 and became licensed in February of 2026. She serves as the receptionist and works with the Personal Lines team, helping customers with their insurance needs. Rachel graduated from Duval High School in 2000. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, and their two children, Ethan and Emma.
