After many years of serving the community, C.B. Hall began considering the future of the agency and the customers who have placed their trust in it for generations.

Honoring the CB Hall Legacy

For decades, CB Hall Insurance Agency has been a trusted name in Charleston and throughout the Kanawha Valley.

After serving his country during the Korean War era, C.B. Hall returned home to Charleston, West Virginia, and began his insurance career as a field agent while supporting his young family. In 1961, he purchased and built what would become CB Hall Insurance Agency, establishing a tradition of personal service and community involvement that continues to this day.

Throughout the years, C.B. Hall became well known not only for his dedication to his customers but also for his service to numerous charitable and civic organizations throughout the community. Together with his wife, Virginia, he built a reputation centered on integrity, hard work, and a genuine commitment to helping others.

Under the leadership of C.B. Hall, Jan Waine, and the entire team, the agency earned a reputation for putting customers first and providing personal service that extends far beyond the insurance policy itself.

The relationships built over the years are the foundation of the agency’s success, and they remain at the heart of everything we do moving forward.
